Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with a leading organization within the Construction Materials market, seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the Operations and Facilities within their Austin plant. Responsible for leading the transformation of the manufacturing operations, and guiding facilities investments to support the company´s continued growth.
Key Objectives & Duties:
- Lead with vision: Inspire, mentor, and guide your workforce to reach operational goals and provide outstanding service for every client.
- Oversee operations: Handle staff scheduling, optimize route planning, and oversee efficient, on-time product deliveries.
- Elevate customer satisfaction: Work closely with drivers, dispatchers, and sales to exceed customer expectations and respond swiftly to any concerns.
- Monitor performance: Track essential metrics to continually improve plant productivity, efficiency, and service outcomes.
- Promote a culture of safety: Enforce adherence to all safety protocols and company standards, ensuring a secure and supportive environment for everyone.
- Encourage collaboration: Hold regular team meetings to assess progress, solve issues, and celebrate accomplishments.

Qualifications & Competencies:
