Injection Molding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Specialist to drive production excellence by optimizing machine performance and ensuring the precision of molded components. You will leverage your technical expertise in mechanical troubleshooting and mold setup to minimize downtime and maximize output quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Execute precise mold changes and machine setups to ensure seamless production transitions.
• Monitor and fine-tune injection molding parameters to maintain strict adherence to quality specifications.
• Proactively identify and resolve mechanical or processing irregularities to sustain high-efficiency operations.
• Perform comprehensive preventative maintenance on equipment and tooling to extend asset lifespan.
• Collaborate with the production team to streamline material flow and improve overall cycle times.
• Maintain a rigorous standard of safety and cleanliness across the production floor.

Required Skills

• Proven experience operating and maintaining injection molding machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with a focus on complex troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in tool and die setup procedures.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation and quality standards.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with major injection molding platforms such as Toshiba or Haitian.
• Background in continuous improvement or lean manufacturing methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of plastic materials and thermal processing characteristics.
