Heavy Industrial Production

We are seeking resilient and reliable team members to join our manufacturing facility in Prince George, VA, for a Heavy Industrial Production role. This is a rigorous, hands-on position that involves operating within a high-heat manufacturing setting and requires consistent proximity to large-scale industrial machinery.

This role operates on a 12-hour rotating schedule that changes periodically.

• Daytime hours are from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• Nighttime hours are from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Staff members transition between day and night rotations on a monthly basis.
• Your specific workdays will fluctuate according to the established roster.
• Flexibility to cover both nocturnal and diurnal shift patterns is mandatory.

• Operate within a demanding heavy industrial manufacturing facility.
• Support daily manufacturing and production throughput.
• Manage and interact with various industrial tools and heavy equipment.
• Transport and organize raw materials across the production floor.
• Oversee machinery performance to ensure optimal production output.
• Execute physically intensive labor throughout the duration of a 12-hour shift.
• Ensure the workspace remains tidy and orderly to promote efficiency.
• Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and equipment usage guidelines to maintain a secure environment for the entire team.
• Fulfill miscellaneous production-related tasks as directed by management.

Please note that this is a high-temperature, heavy industrial setting. Applicants must be prepared to handle 12-hour shifts in extreme heat while working in close proximity to massive industrial apparatus.
