A Charlotte, MI facility is currently seeking motivated individuals to join their team in General Labor roles with immediate availability. Successful applicants will need to successfully complete both a background check and a drug screening process.

Primary Duties:

• Utilize equipment including shears, presses, brakes, and rolls to effectively shape, bend, or cut metal components.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting parts during the racking and un-racking process.
• Support production flow by manually loading and unloading machinery.
• Complete all required documentation accurately to ensure operational records are up to date.
• Review project guidelines to verify material needs and configure machine settings correctly.
• Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by keeping the area tidy.

Essential Qualifications:

• Prior background in a manufacturing setting is a plus.
• Completion of a GED or high school diploma is mandatory.
• Proficiency in English communication skills.
• Physical capacity to remain standing throughout 12-hour work periods.
• Ability to handle and transport items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Must successfully clear a drug test and criminal background evaluation.
