Equipment Mechanic

We are currently looking for a skilled Equipment Mechanic/Technician to join our team.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Execute routine inspections and preventative maintenance on all machinery
• Identify and resolve technical issues across major systems, focusing on our primary dealer equipment lines
• Complete comprehensive system overhauls and rebuilds
• Provide welding services as needed
• Collaborate seamlessly with our internal departments, including Parts, Service, Sales, and Rental teams
• Complete various additional duties as directed by your supervisor

Required Qualifications:

• Possess over five years of hands-on experience in heavy equipment maintenance, such as excavators and skid steers
• Demonstrate a robust mechanical foundation with expertise in hydraulics, diesel engines, electrical systems, and diagnostics
• Maintain a proactive, organized, and energetic approach while managing multiple projects and utilizing computer systems

Professional Development Opportunities:

• Obtain industry-recognized certifications, including ASE, Powerfluid Society, and manufacturer-specific credentials
