We’re looking for a highly organized, client-friendly Selection Coordinator to guide homeowners and builders through flooring and tile selections in our showroom.This is NOT a designer role.No CAD or advanced design work.Just clear coordination, documentation, and simple layout sketches.What You’ll DoMeet with clients in our showroom for flooring & tile selection appointmentsGuide homeowners and builders through product options, finishes, and upgrade pathsHelp clients make final selections while keeping them on timeline and budgetEnter selections into Procore (SKUs, photos, notes)Create simple layout sketches/markups (tile direction, niches, transitions)Maintain an organized showroom & sample boardsCoordinate with Estimating, Purchasing, and SuperintendentsWhat We’re Looking ForStrong communication with clientsExcellent organization & attention to detailAbility to read basic plans (PDFs)Basic sketching/markup ability (iPad or paper)Comfortable with software (Procore is a plus)Experience in selections, showrooms, flooring, tile, cabinets, or construction admin is preferredNo bachelor’s degree required.CAD not required.Personality FitFriendly but structuredKeeps clients on trackOrganized and dependableCalm and professional with deadlinesWhy Join UsStrong team cultureClear processes and expectationsGrowing company with 20 years of reputationYou’ll be an important part of our client experience
