Summary:
We are conducting a confidential national search for a Senior Vice President of Development to lead the delivery of a flagship luxury private club and lifestyle community development in the Greater New York City area.
This is a career-defining opportunity to take executive ownership of a major ground-up development project already in permitting and positioned as a strategic priority for the business.
The successful candidate will relocate full-time to the New York market and lead all aspects of project execution, including development strategy, design coordination, entitlement management, construction oversight, launch planning, and stakeholder engagement. Relocation support will be provided.
Key responsibilities include:
• Full lifecycle leadership of a complex hospitality-oriented development project
• Oversight of design, construction, budget, schedule, and activation strategy
• Leadership of project-dedicated and cross-functional teams
• Coordination of consultants, contractors, municipalities, and development partners
• Maintaining alignment between financial objectives, experience quality, and long-term vision
• Supporting future expansion opportunities within the New York region over time
We are seeking candidates with:
• Significant experience delivering luxury residential, hospitality, mixed-use, private club, or experiential real estate projects
• Strong leadership capability across multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
• Commercial acumen alongside strong design and placemaking sensibility
• A track record of delivering sophisticated projects with high standards of execution and customer experience
• Comfort operating within an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented environment
Candidates can currently be based anywhere in the United States, however full-time relocation to the Greater New York City area will be required. Relocation assistance will be provided.
