So, we are formally launching a dedicated General Contractor recruitment practice and investing heavily to build it properly from day one.

We have already secured the leader of this division. This search is for the individual who will become his number two and help build the practice alongside him.

This role will be based in our Houston Energy Corridor office at 16200 Park Row, Houston, TX, 77084.

A national General Contractor recruitment business, partnering with leading contractors, developers, and owners to deliver high-impact construction talent.

We are hiring senior leaders to help shape, build, and scale this from day one.

What you’re walking into

A proven platform, not a blank page:

• $35MM U.S. track record placing development, investment and real estate construction professionals
• 100,000 fully coded U.S. client contacts across company size, sector, hiring skillset, seniority and geography, with direct emails and cell phones.
• Six-person in-house data team in Houston, dedicated exclusively to scaling the GC platform.
• Enterprise-grade tech stack with integrated texting, best-in-class email delivery via SourceWhale, and full Bullhorn and LinkedIn Recruiter integration for seamless workflow and tracking
• Proven ability to launch new markets and generate rapid ROI.
• Existing client relationships across developers, investors and construction groups to be leveraged.

Compensation that reflects performance:

• Top-of-market base salary, healthcare, 401(k) and benefits.
• Transparent commission structure that sees multiple U.S. recruiters already earning $400k annually.
