Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordination of property management events for both future and current residents
- Curate social media postings via multiple platforms
- Creating marketing packets, digital flyers, and gift baskets
- Community outreach to local business managers and owners
- Content research, article & blog writing, and newsletter creation
- General marketing correspondence
- Assist in welcoming new residents
- Availability to work some nights and weekends for resident events, open houses, and other functions is required
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required
- Must be currently working on Bachelor’s degree or have two (2) years of related training or experience. Marketing/sales experience a plus but not necessary.
- Computer skills required include: e-mail, (MS Outlook) MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Written and verbal communication skills are a must - add a cover letter to your resume to showcase those writing skills!
- Ability to work with supervision but able to make decisions on your own - we'll guide you and give you the end goal but allow you flexibility and creativity to create your own road map that fits within deadlines and guidelines.
- Photo editing, videography, and photography is not required, but a plus.
- $18/hour for up to 30 hours per week
