Fast-growing national brokerage model seeks an energetic Marketing Intern who is able hit the ground running with daily tasks at our national headquarters. We are looking for someone who is agile, ready to learn and quick on their feet for this rapidly growing, fast-paced environment.
Gaining visibility to all aspects of marketing through assisting with project coordination and execution. Be ready to deploy, execute and assist with multi-media marketing campaigns at all stages. Responsibilities could include:
• Assist in executing marketing tactics for specific campaigns and program adoption
• Coordinate the day-to-day tactical activities for brand marketing campaigns
• Support team in office and agent requests to develop creative materials, tools and marketing messages to meet their needs
• Assist with multiple projects and campaigns
• Contribute ideas in cross-functional team including marketing, advertising, network operations, franchise sales, training and communications
• Organize and support social media efforts
• Compile post campaign summary reports
• Trafficking of incoming invoices
• Proofread materials
Job Specifications:
• Sophomore, Junior or Senior in pursuit of a Bachelor degree in Marketing
• Excellent attention to detail
• Clear and concise verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Team player, comfortable with fast-paced, changing environment and ambiguity
• Must be a self-starter
• Collaborative and productive work style
• Strong organizational skills, initiative and commitment to high-quality work
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications as well as email platforms & HubSpot
• Proven track record of proficiency with Meta (posts, ads, stories, groups, etc), X, LinkedIn, Google Analytics
