Relief Residential Counselor

Currently hiring motivated, energetic and mission-driven individuals to fill our Relief Residential Counselor positions in our community based residential programs located in Greater Boston, Central Mass and surrounding towns. If you are you a CNA, Home Health Aide, Residential Counselor, or direct service caregiver we welcome you to apply. Candidate must have the desire to help individuals connect to their community, assist in the development and implementation of rehabilitation goals.

Rate: $19.50 NON MAP $20.50 MAP MAB provides all training for MAP certification.

Requirements:

• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, problem-solving skills, and basic computer literacy.
• A minimum of one years’ experience working with adults with disabilities is preferred. But willing to train the right candidate!
• A high school diploma is required; experience in this field is strongly preferred.
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation required.
• Medication Administration Program (MAP) certification, CPR Certification, First Aid certification are preferred; must have the ability to become certified.
