Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Licensed Insurance Agent (or someone willing to obtain their license). The ideal candidate will support our personal lines department, including auto, home, and other personal insurance policies.
This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage day-to-day office responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly and professionally
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering personalized insurance solutions
- Process policy renewals, changes, and cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Assist clients with claims inquiries and guide them through the claims process
- Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure appropriate coverage
- Stay up to date on industry trends, regulations, and product knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to support agency goals and growth
Qualifications
- Property & Casualty insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous experience in insurance or a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and related tools
