Experience: 7 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Salesforce Core architecture and technical direction across Service Cloud, OMS, and Experience Cloud.
- Develop and review Apex, LWC, and Flow solutions.
- Design integrations using REST/SOAP, Platform Events, CDC, and MuleSoft.
- Own Salesforce CI/CD, Git, SFDX/Salesforce CLI, releases, and deployment quality.
- Lead code reviews, production issue resolution, and technical standards.
- Mentor Salesforce engineers and participate in Agile/Scrum sprint planning.
- Support SOX compliance and change-management processes.
Required Skills
- 7 years Salesforce development with 2 years in Lead/Architect capacity.
- Strong Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flow, Experience Cloud experience.
- Strong integration and CI/CD experience.
- Excellent technical leadership and code-review experience.
Preferred
- Salesforce OMS and SFCC experience.
- Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer II, Service Cloud Consultant, Application/System Architect.
- Retail/eCommerce experience.
- SOX-regulated environment experience.
- Agentforce/AI experience.
