What You’ll Be Doing
- Create and Deliver Content – Write, edit, and publish engaging communications for newsletters, announcements, facility TVs, emails, and external branding materials.
- Lead Internal Communications – Partner with HR and leadership to share company news, initiatives, and policy updates in a clear, consistent way that strengthens employee engagement.
- Manage Employer Branding & Social Media – Oversee HR-related social channels, career site content, and external campaigns that showcase our culture, diversity, and career opportunities.
- Engage Employees – Develop creative campaigns and events that connect employees to the mission, values, and community while supporting wellness, recognition, and involvement initiatives.
- Measure Impact – Track communication effectiveness through employee feedback and engagement data, adjusting strategies to maximize results.
- Support Culture & Collaboration – Act as a cultural ambassador, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging is authentic and aligned across all channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, HR, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5-7 years of experience in internal and/or external communications, preferably in HR or corporate settings.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills; ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with email distribution tools and content scheduling platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media channels and employment brand strategy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
- Proven skill in handling sensitive or complex messaging with professionalism and diplomacy.
- Collaborative, culture-focused mindset with the creativity to drive employee engagement.
- Clear and compelling communicator, both written and verbal.
- Creative storyteller who builds engaging, culture-driven content.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on brand consistency.
- Social media savvy and digitally fluent.
- Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
