Responsibilities:
- Assist with slab layout, forming, and concrete placement.
- Install and tie reinforcing steel as directed.
- Help prepare job sites for concrete pours.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule.
Qualifications:
- Construction or concrete experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Dependable transportation and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
