Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Estimator with a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project teams to provide accurate cost estimates and play a vital role in our project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and documentation to develop precise cost estimates.
- Partner with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure comprehensive project understanding.
- Conduct site visits to evaluate project scope, risks, and additional information.
- Prepare detailed material, labor, and equipment take-offs and quantity surveys.
- Source competitive pricing from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Develop cost breakdowns and pricing proposals aligned with client specifications.
- Attend bid meetings to present and negotiate cost estimates effectively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record as a Project Estimator in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Competency with estimating software and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines.

Experience:
- 5 years of construction estimating experience.
- Proven track record for quality estimating
