💼 About the Role

Join the team supporting Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership’s Gaseous Diffusion Plant waste disposal and treatment initiative. This high-impact project involves a mix of instrumentation, mechanical, and structural systems—but at its core, it’s a massive earthworks operation. Think big holes, big machinery, and big responsibility.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers across FRNP’s waste disposal/treatment group.
• Work hands-on with Primavera P6 and RSMeans for cost and schedule management.
• Coordinate with Geosyntec, the design contractor, to ensure project alignment.
• Develop and document accurate cost estimates, risk analyses, and contingency plans.
• Lead and participate in estimate reviews with senior management.
• Support training programs and maintain estimating documentation.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
• Champion safety—actively participate in Safety Work Groups and follow all approved safety protocols.

📈 What You Bring

• 5 years of estimating experience on capital projects (commercial, industrial, or DOE).
• Strong background in cost engineering, project controls, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work onsite 4 days/week at the Paducah plant.
• U.S. Citizenship required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $50.00/hr.
