Gulfstream G450 Captain
Dallas–Fort Worth, TX (DFW) | Full-Time | Part 91 & Part 135 Operations
M&N Aviation is seeking an experienced and professional Gulfstream G450 Captain to join our growing flight department based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex. This position operates under both Part 91 and Part 135regulations and requires a pilot who is safety-focused, customer-service oriented, and capable of operating in a dynamic business aviation environment.
The successful candidate will serve as Pilot in Command of a Gulfstream G450, ensuring the highest standards of safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence while delivering exceptional service to aircraft owners and passengers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Pilot in Command for domestic and international operations.
- Ensure all flights are conducted safely and in compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and client requirements.
- Maintain aircraft readiness through proactive coordination with maintenance personnel and flight operations staff.
- Complete all required flight planning, performance calculations, and operational documentation.
- Maintain currency, qualifications, and proficiency in accordance with FAA, Part 135, insurance, and company requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Participate in Safety Management System (SMS) initiatives and operational safety programs.
- Maintain familiarity with international procedures, customs requirements, and international flight operations.
- Assist with department projects and operational initiatives as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
- Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
- Gulfstream G-V Type Rating Required.
- Current and qualified in the Gulfstream G450.
- Minimum flight experience sufficient to meet company, insurance, and Part 135 requirements.
- Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally without restriction.
- Must be eligible to serve as Pilot in Command on international flights and satisfy all applicable FAA, insurance carrier, customer, and foreign regulatory requirements for destinations served by the company.
- Strong knowledge of Part 91 and Part 135 regulations.
- Excellent communication, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs require.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous Gulfstream G450 operational experience.
- International flight experience.
- Experience operating in a managed aircraft or charter environment.
- Familiarity with electronic flight bag (EFB) systems and international trip planning.
Location Requirement
This is a Dallas–Fort Worth based position. Candidates must currently reside within a reasonable commuting distance of DFW or be willing to relocate prior to their start date. Relocation assistance may be considered for highly qualified candidates.
