Challenger 300 Captain – Part 91/135 Operations
15 On / 13 Off Rotation | Commuting Position | Full-Time
M&N Aviation is seeking an experienced and professional Challenger 300 Captain to join our growing flight department. This position operates under both Part 91 and Part 135 regulations and offers an exceptional quality of life with a 15 days on / 13 days off rotation, allowing pilots to commute from their home base.

Position Summary
The Challenger 300 Captain is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft while ensuring compliance with all FAA regulations, company policies, and client service standards. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, sound decision-making, and the ability to operate in a dynamic charter and corporate aviation environment.
Minimum Qualifications
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate
- Valid First Class Medical Certificate
- CL30 Type Rating Required
- Minimum 500 hours Pilot-in-Command or Second-in-Command time in Challenger 300 aircraft
- Part 135 experience preferred
- Must meet or exceed ARG/US Platinum standards
- Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally
- Must be legally eligible to enter and operate in countries served by the company without travel, visa, or regulatory restrictions that would prevent the performance of flight duties
- No FAA enforcement actions or certificate suspensions within the past five years
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a two-pilot crew environment
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct safe and efficient flight operations in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures
- Maintain a thorough understanding of aircraft systems, performance, and operational requirements
- Ensure all flight planning, weather analysis, and risk assessments are completed prior to departure
- Coordinate with scheduling, maintenance, dispatch, and owner services teams
- Maintain aircraft cleanliness, readiness, and operational standards
- Complete all required company training and recurrent training events
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with owners, passengers, vendors, and regulatory agencies
- Assist with operational planning and administrative duties as assigned
Schedule & Travel
- 15 Days On / 13 Days Off Rotation
- Commuting candidates are welcome
