Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial and residential properties. This role involves managing building systems, yard care, completing minor repairs, and enhancing tenant satisfaction. Duties
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of building systems including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Oversee contractors when needed, providing guidance on troubleshooting and repairs.
- Lawncare and snow removal.
- Develop, follow, and maintain a schedule and system for property management.
- Develop management strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Communicate effectively in English with tenants, vendors, and team members to resolve issues promptly and maintain positive relationships.
Skills
- Proven management experience in facilities management or property oversight.
- Maintenance scheduling and asset tracking.
- Basic knowledge of lawn care principals and site maintenance.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teams to perform at their best while maintaining safety standards.
