Property Manager

We are looking for a Property Manager to join our team at Realife Cooperative Duluth in Duluth, MN! This position manages and supervises the day-to-day operations of the homeowner association including, site staff supervision, board relations, committee support, financial oversite, member/owner relations, marketing and sales of community and units and promotes a healthy and vibrant environment for staff and residents.

The schedule for this position includes; 

• 40 hours every two weeks ; part time
• Day Shift
• Weekends as needed ; On Call for Emergencies 

Responsibilities: 

• Provides leadership and supervision to staff
• Establishes and supports an environment conducive to the provision of quality services and high-level customer satisfaction
• Develops budget, routinely monitors financial activities, and maintains accurate financial records
• Monitors the maintenance of the building and grounds and provides feedback/direction to appropriate staff as necessary
• Understands the association governance and the sale process
• Performs other duties as assigned and directed

Required Qualifications:

• Real Estate Licensure - required to obtain within 48 months of hire date
• three to five years of previous experience
• Solid understanding of basic Microsoft applications
• Ability to interact effectively with older adults

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's degree
• Five to ten years of previous experience

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Hiring at the maximum of the range is not typical. If your role is eligible for a sign-on bonus, the bonus program that is approved and in place at the time of offer, is what will be honored.
