Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cannabis Pre-Roll Production and Packaging Associate to join our manufacturing team. This role involves assembling, filling, and packaging pre-rolls in a fast-paced, compliant environment. Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and hand tools to assemble and fill pre-rolls efficiently and accurately
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations
- Use warehouse equipment such as forklifts and power tools to move materials as needed
- Assist in packaging finished products for distribution, including labeling and sealing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area to ensure a safe working environment
- Perform routine mechanical checks on equipment and report any malfunctions or repairs needed
- Follow all safety protocols related to manufacturing, handling of materials, and equipment use
- Support continuous improvement initiatives on the assembly line for increased efficiency
Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or factory environments preferred
- Familiarity with assembly line operations and hand tools
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with power tools is a plus
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety protocols
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes within a regulated industry is advantageous
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required
