Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Trim room support and Harvest/Post Harvest Specialist. This role is essential for maintaining the health and beauty of our gardens, and Trim room Progress. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. This position will be responsible for various tasks that contribute to the growth and maintenance of plants.
Duties
- Sorting Bucked Material for trim team
- Running a trim machine for B Buds
- Supporting Trim room Manager
- Defoliating prior to harvest
- As a team, remove trellis netting, cut plants, weigh and move plants to drying room
- Bucking and weighing of dry material to prepare for trimming
- Accurate reporting of plant counts and weights for Metrc
- Cleaning of grow rooms and growing equipment
Qualifications
- Trim Room Experience
- Proven experience in horticulture, landscaping, or agriculture is preferred
- Ability to operate hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Willingness to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Basic math skills for practical applications in the field
