Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing and material flow for assigned products and suppliers
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and sales to align supply with demand
- Improve inventory accuracy and reduce shortages, excess, and variability
- Identify and address gaps in planning, purchasing, and inventory processes
- Support and drive consistent, practical use of ERP tools within operations
- Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to improve reliability, cost, and lead times
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability with a focus on root cause and process improvement
- Comfortable working in both system-based and hands-on shop floor environments
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication across departments and with external suppliers
- Willingness to challenge existing processes and contribute to operational improvement
