The Role:
This is a full-cycle recruiting position focused on sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and placing top talent across multiple industries and functional areas.
You will own searches from intake to placement, partner directly with sales leadership and clients, and deliver a high-level candidate experience throughout the process.
This is not a resume-pushing recruiter role — you will operate as a talent advisor and search owner.
What You’ll Do:
Search Execution
- Lead searches from kickoff to placement
- Build sourcing strategies for active and passive talent
- Utilize calls, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and databases to identify candidates
- Screen and qualify talent for skills, culture fit, motivation, and compensation alignment
Candidate Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Prepare candidates for interviews
- Manage feedback, offers, negotiations, and closing process
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Client Partnership
- Partner with internal sales team and hiring managers on search strategy
- Understand business needs, hiring priorities, and role requirements
- Provide market feedback, talent insights, and pipeline updates
- Help guide hiring decisions through strong communication and process management
Talent Pipeline Development
- Build talent communities in key markets and industries
- Maintain organized pipelines for future openings
- Re-engage prior candidates and referrals
- Develop long-term networks that create repeat placements
Operational Excellence
- Manage activity, notes, and workflow in CRM/ATS
- Prioritize multiple searches simultaneously
- Maintain urgency, organization, and consistent follow-up
- Execute within structured recruiting processes and KPIs
What Success Looks Like
- Consistent outbound recruiting activity
- Qualified candidate pipelines
- High submission-to-interview ratios
- Placements and repeat business
- Strong candidate experience and reputation
- Ability to manage multiple searches with urgency and quality
Qualifications:
- 2 years of recruiting/staffing experience preferred (agency, search firm, or corporate recruiting backgrounds considered)
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to build relationships and influence people
- Strong communication and follow-up discipline
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- CRM / ATS experience preferred (Tracker, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
- Competitive mindset with a sense of urgency and ownership
Compensation & Schedule:
- Competitive base salary (weekly pay)
