Are you a driven recruiter who enjoys building relationships, sourcing talent, and making a real impact in schools? ESS Clinical is seeking a motivated Recruiter to help connect dedicated professionals with meaningful opportunities supporting our school partners.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sourcing, pipeline building, and performance‑based rewards, while still caring deeply about candidate experience.
What You'll Be Doing
- Source & Recruit Talent: Proactively identify, contact, and engage qualified candidates using outbound calls, email campaigns, social media, job boards, and ATS tools.
- Build Strong Pipelines: Develop and maintain an active pipeline of candidates through consistent follow‑up and relationship‑building.
- Interview & Assess: Conduct structured phone and virtual interviews to evaluate fit for our school‑based roles.
- Partner with Leaders: Collaborate with Regional Managers to understand hiring needs and adjust sourcing strategies accordingly.
- ATS & Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking in the ATS.
- Relationship Builder: Foster long‑term candidate relationships that lead to referrals and repeat placements.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required (college coursework or degree a plus).
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or talent sourcing preferred.
- Comfortable with outbound calling, performance metrics, and a fast‑paced workload.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying organized and detail‑oriented.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑driven mindset with a desire to grow a long‑term recruiting career.
