M Culinary Concept is searching for a passionate Event Culinary Operations Manager to join our vibrant team and help us create incredible catering experiences across the Southwest. Lead the Culinary Experience at World-Class Events

Are you a high-performing culinary leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments? We’re looking for a dynamic Event Culinary Operations Manager to take the lead in executing unforgettable food experiences for large-scale events, VIP hospitality, and premium concessions. In this role, you’ll not only showcase your creativity and leadership, but also drive the full scope of culinary operations - from planning and logistics to execution and post-event breakdown. You’ll oversee staffing, production timelines, equipment and kitchen setup, and coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service for thousands of guests. What You’ll Do:

  • Bring menus to life by designing and executing elevated culinary experiences for high-profile events
  • Partner with our Special Events Team to deliver seamless, high-impact service aligned with event schedules and guest volumes
  • Own the full operation—from prep to execution—for events serving thousands of guests daily
  • Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing culinary team, including sous chefs, cooks, and event staff
  • Drive efficiency by managing kitchen layouts, equipment needs, and production timelines in complex event environments
  • Execute large-scale food production with precision, speed, and consistency under pressure
  • Ensure top-tier food quality, safety, and compliance with all health and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with Procurement to manage inventory, control costs, and optimize operations

·         Extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, with a strong combination of sales, operations, and client management expertise.

·         Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor teams in high-volume, fast-paced environments, with a strong capacity to assess skills, implement changes, and drive continuous improvement.

·         Proficient in MS Office products

·         Computer and software savvy, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.

·         Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong listening abilities.

·         Operates with a strong sense of teamwork, urgency, and professionalism.

·         Exhibits discretion, takes direction, and accepts constructive feedback.

 

Supervisory Responsibility

 

This position does not currently have direct reports; however, will oversee Event Captains and line-level team members on a event-by-event basis, working closely with other managers to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
