M Culinary Concept is searching for a passionate Assistant General Manager to join our vibrant team at our West World Location and help us create incredible catering experiences across the Southwest. We’re an award-winning catering company based in Phoenix, AZ.
About the Role:
The Assistant General Manager plays a key leadership role in overseeing the successful execution of events at WestWorld, including concessions, catering, bar operations, vendor coordination, and client services. This position partners closely with the General Manager to ensure seamless event delivery, operational excellence, financial accountability, and an exceptional guest experience. Serving as the Manager on Duty during events, the Assistant General Manager acts as the primary on-site leader, overseeing event operations from setup through breakdown while ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures. This role also serves as the operational bridge between sales and execution, acting as the primary point of contact for clients once events move into the operational phase. In addition to day-to-day event oversight, the position supports leadership development, process improvement, compliance audits, and strategic operational planning to drive efficiency, consistency, and long-term success.

We’re looking for a strong operational leader who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced environments and can effectively lead teams through change while maintaining a high level of service and accountability. The ideal candidate brings strong communication and listening skills, advanced computer proficiency, and experience working with POS systems and operational software. Flexibility is essential, as this role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays. You should be team-oriented, adaptable, able to lift up to 30 lbs., and operate with a strong sense of urgency and collaboration to ensure successful event execution.
