About the Role:

• As a Catering Cook at M Culinary Concepts, you'll be at the heart of creating memorable dining experiences for a wide range of events. From intimate gatherings to large-scale galas, you’ll prepare high-quality dishes while maintaining our standards of excellence and creativity. This role allows you to showcase your culinary skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working alongside a passionate team to deliver exceptional meals.
• We work a variety of events throughout the valley and have opportunities for all back-of-house staff to work days, evenings, and weekends - whenever you can imagine people are eating, we are there. Shifts are sent directly to your phone, so you are able to make your own schedule and pick up events that work around your life!

What we need from you:

We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals with a positive attitude and a bright smile to join our team! You should have reliable transportation around the Phoenix area and a valid food handler's certificate or card. Flexibility to work events on weekdays, evenings, or weekends is a must, along with a sense of urgency and a team-oriented mindset. Basic knowledge of food preparation, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are key. Don’t forget your chef knives—and get ready to have fun!
