- Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients and families
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting plans as needed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation
- Support food service leadership with nutrition-related guidance
- Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field
- Registered Dietitian (RD) credential (Commission on Dietetic Registration)
- Licensed Dietitian (LD) in the State of Texas
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse patient populations
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a clinical team environment
- Typically Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Schedule may adjust slightly based on hospital needs
- No weekends or holidays
