Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time (Night Shift)

Location: Lynn County Healthcare System – Tahoka, TX
Reports To: Nurse Manager / Director of Nursing
Position Summary
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, compassionate patient care within our critical access hospital. This role is responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes. Day and night shift positions are available.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with nursing standards and hospital policies.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to providers promptly.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Document all patient care activities clearly and thoroughly in the medical record.
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and support departments to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Promote a safe and supportive environment for patients, families, and staff.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold LCH's commitment to excellence.
