Lynk Global is looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in project coordination, and administrative support within the construction or plumbing industry.
This role suits a highly organised professional with experience supporting an Operations Manager or Office Manager, managing project documentation, coordinating workflows, and assisting with estimating functions within the construction industry.
Experience with AroFlo for job costing, project tracking, and documentation is highly desirable. Experience supporting Australian clients or projects is a plus but not essential. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills are key to success in this role.
Work setup is fully on-site in BGC, Taguig.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- General day-to-day documentation and administration to support the senior team.
- Prepare and manage ITPs, QA records, and handover documentation.
- Review site photos and job notes, following up on missing information.
- Monitor project progress and track completed, outstanding, and variation works.
- Maintain variation registers, RFIs, defect logs, and project documentation.
- Prepare project reports using information provided by site teams.
- Produce basic AutoCAD mark-ups and plumbing layout drawings.
- Develop and maintain estimating templates, SOPs, and AroFlo workflows.
- Support procurement, supplier pricing updates, and estimating databases.
- Ensure project records are accurate, organized, and complete before closeout.
- At least 3 years of experience managing documentation and administrative processes in a construction environment.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Familiarity with Australian construction standards and codes
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing construction, including systems, materials, and installation standards.
