Responsibilities
- Support project teams in administering construction contracts
- Review, prepare and manage contract documentation and correspondence
- Track variations, claims, extensions of time and contract amendments
- Assist in progress claims preparation and subcontractor documentation
- Coordinate with project managers, estimators and finance teams
- Maintain organised records of contracts, RFIs, variations and approvals
- Monitor project compliance with contractual obligations
- Support reporting requirements for internal and client stakeholders
- Follow company policies, confidentiality standards and internal procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in construction contract administration or project coordination
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and documentation processes
- Detail-oriented and highly organised
- Confident in written communication and documentation review
- Comfortable working with Australian or international clients
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience supporting commercial or civil projects is an advantage
