What are the responsibilities and job description for the Library/Media Tech position at Lyndon Town School?
Lyndon Town School seeks a collaborative lover of books, research, and all things literature and technology to lead our well-resourced Library/Media Center and grow it as the hub of our school. Knowledge of library/media management and children’s literature is a must, as well as a passion to ignite the love of literature in kids. The individual will work collaboratively with teaching teams to integrate content and library skills, and will be a member of the Kingdom East librarian/media specialists committee. Strong organizational, planning and teamwork skills are necessary. The pay range for this position is $46,267-$89,467.
Lyndon Town School is part of the Kingdom East School District, located in the heart of a vibrant community in the Northeast, Vermont. We operate seven preK-8th grade schools ranging from 60 to 500 students. Our high school students have “choice” and may opt to attend one of the traditional independent schools -- Lyndon Institute or St. Johnsbury Academy -- or another high school of their choice.
