Library/Media Tech

Lyndon Town School seeks a collaborative lover of books, research, and all things literature and technology to lead our well-resourced Library/Media Center and grow it as the hub of our school. Knowledge of library/media management and children’s literature is a must, as well as a passion to ignite the love of literature in kids. The individual will work collaboratively with teaching teams to integrate content and library skills, and will be a member of the Kingdom East librarian/media specialists committee. Strong organizational, planning and teamwork skills are necessary. The pay range for this position is $46,267-$89,467. Lyndon Town School is part of the Kingdom East School District, located in the heart of a vibrant community in the Northeast, Vermont. We operate seven preK-8th grade schools ranging from 60 to 500 students. Our high school students have “choice” and may opt to attend one of the traditional independent schools -- Lyndon Institute or St. Johnsbury Academy -- or another high school of their choice. We are located about 3 hours from Montreal, Boston and Portland, ME. Our region is known for breathtaking views and access to great skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, canoeing and other outdoor opportunities. We are close to the White Mountains and the Green Mountains. Both Littleton, NH and St. Johnsbury, VT have numerous fine and performing arts venues.
