Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist

Lynco Products is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Milan, IL. This role works closely with our customers and sales team to process orders, respond to questions, resolve issues, and help keep day-to-day customer needs moving efficiently.

We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, personable, and quick to learn. You don't need years of industry experience to be successful in this role. What's most important is that you communicate well, use good judgment, take ownership of your work, and can manage multiple priorities without losing track of the details.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems, working with people, and being the person others can count on to get things done. 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m. during the initial training period.

Compensation: Starting salary of $45,000 annually, increasing to $47,000 annually following successful completion of the 90-day introductory period.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Process customer orders, sales credits, and other account-related requests accurately and efficiently.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and sales representatives, responding to questions and providing timely follow-up.
• Support key customer accounts and Sales Managers across different channels of the business.
• Work with internal teams to research and resolve order, product, shipping, pricing, and customer-related questions or issues.
• Take ownership of customer and sales requests and follow issues through to resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and account information within company systems.
• Identify potential issues or discrepancies and proactively communicate with the appropriate customer, sales representative, or internal team.
• Manage multiple requests and changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Build positive working relationships with customers, sales representatives, and coworkers through responsive and professional communication.

• Quick learner who is comfortable learning new systems, processes, products, and customer requirements.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change throughout the day.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel and learning new computer systems.
• Previous experience in customer service, sales support, administrative support, order processing, or a similar professional environment is preferred.
