What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receiving Assistant - 1st Shift Part Time position at LYNCO PRODUCTS?
Lynco Products is located in Milan, Illinois. We are a full service distributor, manufacturer, and importer of impulse, convenience, automotive and consumer goods products and we are adding to our team as we continue to grow! We are looking for a part-time associate to joint our growing team! Our ideal candidates are detail oriented, fast paced, organized and willing to jump in where they are needed.
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00am-12:00pm and/or flexibility to discuss other similar shifts
Pay: $16.50/hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Unload trailers, containers, and trucks in a timely and accurate manner by hand and with forklifts
- Maintain the integrity of products through proper handling and storage.
- Record and check in quantity and quality of goods received.
- Maintain accurate inventories
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma/GED
- 1 year of previous receiving experience is desired.
- Signing freight bills
- Checking in inventory
- Counting mixed SKU pallets
- Physical Job - Ability to lift up to 65 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous receiving experience at a retail/home improvement store is desired.
