In this vital role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Responsibilities

• Erect metal buildings and frameworks with precision, following detailed blueprints and schematics.
• Construct concrete forms and perform rebar installation to prepare for pouring and finishing concrete.
• Read and interpret construction plans, technical drawings, and schematics to guide project execution.
• Operate power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and effectively on-site.
• Perform masonry tasks, including laying bricks, blocks, and stonework for various structures.
• Complete framing, siding, roofing, drywall installation, and trim carpentry with attention to detail.
• Conduct heavy lifting and material handling while adhering to safety protocols; assist in restoration and remodeling projects as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in metal building erection, concrete forming, masonry, or related construction fields.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, technical drawings, and schematic interpretation.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and dimensional measurements.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.
• Skilled in rebar installation, concrete finishing, roofing, siding, stucco application, and woodworking.
• Excellent physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or in confined spaces.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations essential for accurate construction work.
• Valid construction site experience with a focus on safety standards; familiarity with carpentry including frame and trim work is preferred.

Pay: $27.57 - $33.20 per hour
