Requirements
- Must have experience as an Automotive Service Advisor
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and accomplish tasks, despite interruptions
- Proficient in resolving customer concerns and issues
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Proven track record of dependability
Responsibilities
- Provide service information and recommendations to customers
- Maintain dealership quality standards
- Schedule appointments
- Sell service, labor, and products
- Accurately document repair orders with customer’s concern, cause, and correction
- Conduct post-repair follow-up
- Resolve customer complaints
- Superior customer service
- Assist the Service Manager in daily operation and oversight of service department
- Maintain shop workflow to maximize shop productivity, based on dealership policies and technician skill levels
- Provide support to other service advisors and technicians
Salary : $140 - $570
