Description

Lynch Truck Center is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Commercial Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team! As a Commercial Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting business customers in finding or building commercial vehicles to suit their company's needs. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will work closely with them to understand their requirements and provide expert advice.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in commercial, light duty, or medium duty sales preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor, with a genuine desire to help customers find the right vehicle.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, build rapport, and establish trust.
  • Listen attentively to customers' needs and preferences, ask probing questions to understand their requirements.
  • Conduct test drives with customers to showcase vehicle features.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction, and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Stay informed about the latest automotive trends, technologies, and products to provide customers with expert advice and recommendations.

Salary : $145 - $585
