Line Service and Facility Technician

Aviation Advisor, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Line Service and Facility Technician to join our team at the Kenosha, WI location. The Line Service and Facility Technician will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the organization. Primary Responsibilities:

1. This position is a direct reporting position to the Operations Manager and is responsible for: aircraft line services, ensuring high levels of safety and customer service, overseeing hangar and office facilities maintenance, and functioning as an FBO Line Service Technician.
2. Perform aircraft ground handling services, including towing, marshaling, and refueling (training will be provided).
3. Conduct routine inspections and basic maintenance of ground service equipment.
4. Stocking of aircraft supplies and materials.
5. Aircraft cleaning and detailing (training will be provided).
6. Coordinate with flight crews to ensure seamless and timely aircraft services.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to private aviation clients, aircraft owners and hangar tenants.
8. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure operating environment.
9. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized facility.
10. Daily quality assurance and accuracy of checklists and paperwork.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in line service or related aviation roles is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to operate ground service equipment, such as tugs and other machinery.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
