Who You Are
We are intentionally looking for a specific type of personality—someone who not only fits the role, but elevates it.
You are naturally detail-oriented - You notice small things: typos, low inventory, messy shelves, incorrect bookings, gaps in communication. You take initiative to fix what needs fixing.
You thrive in structure and consistency - Checklists, procedures, and clear expectations make you feel grounded and confident. You enjoy following systems and improving them when needed.
You are dependable and accountable - You show up on time, follow through, and can be trusted with important tasks. Reliability is part of who you are—not something you try to do.
You are emotionally intelligent - You remain calm with overwhelmed clients, support team members with empathy, and communicate in a grounded, clear way.
You are coachable and respond well to direction - You appreciate feedback because it helps you grow. You aren't defensive—your goal is excellence, not being right.
You take initiative - If something is out of place, you fix it. If supplies are low, you restock them. If the schedule has openings, you call clients. You do not wait to be told what to do.
You enjoy being the person who keeps everything running smoothly - You like being the organized backbone of the team—making sure clients feel cared for and operations run seamlessly.
You have natural leadership potential - Not necessarily loud or forceful—your leadership shows through responsibility, presence, and consistency.
