Location: Laguna Hills, CA
Lymph Bright is a women-led wellness clinic specializing in advanced lymphatic drainage and therapeutic massage. We are known for our high standards of care, strong clinical results, and supportive team culture. We are currently seeking licensed massage therapists who are motivated, coachable, and committed to building long-term expertise in lymphatic therapy.
Who We're Looking For
This role is a good fit for therapists who:
- Are trained in Deep Tissue, Myofascial, and/or Neuromuscular Massage
- Are interested in developing specialized expertise in lymphatic drainage (experience is a plus, not required)
- Are professional, reliable, coachable, and client-focused
- Hold a California massage certification (or are actively on track)
- Carry or are willing to obtain professional liability insurance
Not certified in lymphatic drainage yet?
That's okay. We offer in-house lymphatic training for therapists who are a strong fit for our team.
- Therapists who are not lymphatic-certified should be willing to invest in their training
- Scholarships (partial or full) may be available based on alignment, commitment, and performance
- Training expectations will be clearly discussed during the interview process
This approach ensures mutual investment and long-term success.
Schedule Requirements
- Minimum of 25 hours per week
- 5 shifts per week required
- Weekday evenings: 2:45 PM – 8:00 PM
- Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:45 PM
Availability for evenings and alternating Saturdays is required.
What You'll Do
- Deliver personalized lymphatic drainage and therapeutic massage treatments
- Follow Lymph Bright protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Recommend treatment plans and at-home care to support client results
- Build strong, trusting relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate treatment notes and client communication
- Collaborate with the team to support clinic goals and client outcomes
