Description
Lyle Machinery Co is a heavy equipment dealer in Richland, MS with 10 branches spread over 5 states. We are a family owned and operated company that prides itself on our level of service.

Duties:
· Use HRIS, internal postings and job boards to post open positions for the company
· Collaborate with managers to develop job descriptions for internal and external positions
· Review and sort applicants for manager reviews
· Contact applicants to schedule interviews and arrange any necessary travel
· Responsible for verifying new hire requests are documented and complete
· Submit new candidates for pre-employment testing
· Create offer letters for candidates based off specified criteria
· Communicate with candidates and management to ensure all requirements are met for compliance
· Conduct background checks and schedule drug screenings for employees
· Send onboarding information to new candidates for completion
· Assist new candidates and current employees with technical questions
· Enroll new candidates into HRIS for processing
· Dedicate time for new hires to walk them through the HRIS and how to utilize the program
· Complete new hire files for HR and management review
· Scan, upload and file new HR documents as they are submitted
· Process weekly management reports
· Receive invoices for all pre-employment process and confirm and code for accounting
· Update HR files as necessary for I-9, insurance, payroll and other required filings for new hires, current employees and terminations
· Travel to locations to assist with open enrollments, new hire issues and to network/troubleshoot
· Work well with team members to allow cross training and additional coverage
· Assist with the FSA Program
· Other work-related tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
· Minimum of 2 years of direct human resource/recruiting experience
· Ability to travel at least quarterly to branches
· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of company information
· Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products- Specifically Excel
· Must be able to work a minimum of 40 hours with overtime as necessary
· Due to location of assigned work area, candidates must be able to repetitively climb a single flight of stairs
