The Maison Mittal Standard: What You Bring

This role is designed for a storyteller and a sensory guide. To thrive within the Maison Mittal ecosystem, you must possess:

• The Experience: 3 years in high-end luxury hospitality or ultra-premium tasting rooms. You understand that true luxury is felt, not just seen.
• The Storyteller's Mindset: A deep, technical knowledge of winemaking and a mastery of the Paso Robles AVAs. You should be able to articulate the nuances of terroir with the same passion you bring to a guest's personal journey.
• The Culinary Edge: A genuine passion for the culinary arts. You will work extensively with our signature spice pairings; a background in cooking and an adventurous palate are essential.
• The "Soft Sales" Mastery: You are a natural guide who effortlessly connects guests with ultra-premium, highly-rated wines and exclusive wine club memberships.
• High-Octane Energy: The poise to remain charismatic and helpful in a fast-paced environment. Your default setting is a winning attitude of "How can I help?"

The Requirements

• Availability: Full-time position. Weekend availability is required, as Saturday and Sunday are the heartbeat of the tasting room experience.
• Physicality: Ability to lift 70 lbs. and remain active on your feet.
• Legal: Must be 21 years of age or older.
