Overview: Regional Operations Manager
LX Pantos America is the U.S. branch of LX Pantos, a global leader in logistics. We provide nationwide distribution, last-mile delivery, and installation services for large home appliances.
We are looking for a Regional Operations Manager to oversee hub and field operations across the U.S. In this role, you will manage hub managers, improve service quality, and drive efficiency.
This is a key leadership role that focuses on performance management, process consistency, customer satisfaction, cost control, and execution excellence.
What You Will Do
Operations & KPI Management
- Manage and support multiple hub managers and their teams across the U.S.
- Track and improve KPIs (On-time Delivery, Inventory Accuracy, Return Rate, NPS, etc.)
- Create and carry out strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Use WMS/ERP data to find and apply improvements
Process & Quality
- Ensure all hubs follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction nationwide
- Monitor and improve processes for product damages, claims, and returns
- Work with HQ to analyze customer feedback (including NPS) and make improvements
Leadership & Team Management
- Coach and guide hub managers to improve performance
- Lead regular regional meetings, training, and performance reviews
- Build a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Support hubs with special issues or urgent problems
- Manage partner performance through regular review meetings
Strategy & Communication
- Work with HQ and executives on regional operational strategies
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports and present to leadership
- Manage relationships with builder clients and key partners
- Support planning and execution of new hub openings and expansions
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience
- 7–10 years of management experience in logistics, supply chain, or distribution
- Experience managing multiple hubs, warehouses, or sites
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Experience with WMS, TMS, and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Experience in large appliance logistics, last-mile delivery, and installation is a plus
Skills & Abilities
- Strong leadership and coaching ability
- Skilled at analyzing KPIs and driving improvements
- Ability to use customer feedback (including NPS) to guide operations
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with strong reporting skills
- Strong communication skills with teams, HQ, and customers
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel nationwide (25–50% monthly)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management skills
