Residential Sales Specialist
Home Base in Portland, OR or S. Washington State
Territory is WA, OR and AK
Position Summary:
- Brand Ambassador to Kitchen and Bath businesses
- Support Territory Manager to achieve sales goals and increase market share
- Generating new relationships with K&B and Fabricators, as well as maintaining existing accounts
- Offer extreme customer service because it can differentiate LX Hausys from competitors
- Present Product Knowledge sessions to empower K&B designers to offer VIATERA, HIMACS, and TERACANTO as surfaces of choice
- Deliver and sets up tower displays, counter racks, etc.
- Constant follow up to keep LX Hausys top of mind
- Always looking for new venues to promote our company and product
- 25% Overnight Travel

Ideal Requirements:
- Entrepreneurial spirit, knowledge and understanding of our products, and excellent communication and marketing skills
- Expertise (at least 2 yrs. experience) with quartz, solid surface and/or porcelain for vertical and horizontal surfaces
- Working knowledge of kitchen and bath design, planning and construction
- Prefer Bachelor’s Degree
- Embrace technology to increase efficiency and to generate necessary reports
- Demonstrate energy level to make 4 to 6 personal visits per day
- Capable of installing sample tower(s)
- Reliable transportation that can accommodate 6’ sample tower
