- Lead project management efforts, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline success
- Oversee and contribute to structural design, documentation, and specifications
- Mentor Project Engineers and BIM specialists, fostering professional growth
- Collaborate on office-level strategy and decision-making
- Support construction administration and uphold quality standards
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing team culture
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is preferred
- Over 7 years of experience in structural design across various building systems and materials
- PE Licensure is required, with preference for Illinois SE Licensure
- Proficiency in design software such as RISA 3D and RAM Structural System
- Experience with Revit preferred
