Design Execution & Oversight

Design Execution & Oversight
- Translate high-level design vision into detailed technical documentation.
- Lead the development of construction drawings and specifications in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Ensure design continuity and integrity throughout all project phases.
- Define digital workflows and BIM strategies, including file structure and data integration.
- Establish drawing standards and software configurations for project teams.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Oversee compliance with QA/QC protocols and industry best practices.
- Review and validate technical deliverables including reports, calculations, and estimates.
- Supervise junior staff in the production of architectural documentation.
- Conduct field reviews, site visits, and construction meetings.
