Senior Architect
Location: Dallas, TX

A nationally respected design firm is looking for a Senior Architect with the experience and leadership skills to guide complex projects and mentor emerging talent. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on big-picture thinking while staying grounded in technical precision and collaborative teamwork.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design and technical execution of large, complex architecture projects
- Collaborate with Project Managers to develop staffing plans, schedules, and deliverables
- Present design and technical solutions to clients with confidence and clarity
- Provide mentorship and support to junior architects and coordinators
- Oversee all architectural phases—from schematic design through construction administration
- Conduct quality control reviews, ensure code compliance, and manage permit approvals
- Attend OAC meetings, site visits, and support the construction administration process
What We’re Looking For:
- Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
- Architecture license required (NCARB certification preferred)
- 12–15 years of post-graduate architectural experience
- Strong proficiency in Revit, BIM360, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in construction administration, quality control, and consultant coordination
- Familiarity with LEED, WELL, or CSI accreditation a plus
