Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex data center projects. Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of data center construction projects.
- Support planning, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting activities.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project milestones are met.
- Assist in procurement, permitting, and risk management processes.
- Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Contribute to design reviews and value engineering efforts.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in construction project management, ideally within data centers or mission-critical environments.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, MEP systems, and project controls.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (PMP or similar certification a plus).
